Laleen is an HR professional with 25 plus years of experience in Human Resources Management, including extensive experience serving as an HR Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
She is experienced in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workplace policies, and supporting organizational and employee needs.
What Is Your Personal Mission?
“I spend a lot of my time helping people in need. I have a genuine passion for cooking, and I love preparing and donating food to those who may be struggling.
Being able to make a difference in someone’s life, even though a simple home-cooked meal, brings me a great sense of purpose and fulfillment.”
