From the time I arrived to check out this facility to bring my dad here and upon his arrival, I have gotten nothing but excellent excellent care very much on top of everything they go out of their way to make sure everything was as they said we are very, very pleased with this facility

I want to thank the whole staff for Taking care of my sister Cecilia Rosas special Denise we must remind the goverment to keep paying for these facilities & always extra staff

I love the area, I recommend this facility to anyone looking, I love my private room, I love the attention from the nurses, my call light was answered timely. I sleep very comfortable here.

Everyone has been so delight here, my CNA’s we all very attentive and helpful at all times. I felt well rounded care from everyone. Food is above average. I enjoyed all the activities , I would recommend this place to everyone, and would come back if I ever need rehab again.

I like the auto check in. Makes it smoother when you’ve already been there before. I had to ask front desk a room number, the two staff members were busy doing something so I had to flag them to let them know I had a question. I was only standing there for about 10 seconds before saying excuse me though so once I got their attention I did feel noticed/heard/acknowledged. Always a pleasant experience at Midtown Oaks-best SNF I’ve ever visited.

I’m beyond disappointed with this facility, they did not contact me and im the power or attorney for a patient, let alone tell me that they had a in date from medical insurance. They told me the night before she was to be discharged. She is unable to walk. She cannot stand she can’t do anything and she needed to stay there longer, but they sent her home and to the point she can not care for her self at all I do not recommend this place and the case manager of social services LIZ has not and will not return any of my calls. I will be reporting this and more to the state board and county this is ridiculous and poor management and they refused to listen to their own employees that work in physical therapy when they told her (LIZ) she wasn’t ready to go home and she can’t walk or stand BUT NO SHE REFUSED TO LISTEN!!

My mother has been here for about 2 months. The administrative team and staff have kept me informed about everything. Keep me informed regarding me mother’s care.

Couldn’t get pain medication on time because nurse was “on hour long break” then had to wait another hour on top of that. Just love being in pain! Nice job Midtown Oaks! Then had to finish peeing in my own personal cup because CNA forgot to empty uniral for 12 hours.

The staff is great well some of them they just don’t get the people out of their bed enough.. sigh

Bad. “Jamie” is the absolute worst! The way she treats patients is horrible! Staff serves meals to patients that aren’t able to feed themselves and makes them wait over an hour with their food sitting right in front of them getting cold! So messed up makes you feel so bad for how patients are treated here.

Midtown oaks is a great facility! From the nurses and administrators to all employees offer a fantastic place for patients and provide a great experience while patients stay here . I highly recommend Midtown oaks!

Please DO NOT Leave Your Love Ones in there hands they are killing them!!!! My Mom is in ICU Right Now Fighting For Her Life!!!!!! If you have to check on them or visit them everyday because they are not in good hands they act as if they are a great home or doing their best they are fake keep our family in prayer 🙏🤲!!! 😭 😢 I gave them no stars!! She even fell out of her bed SMH 😞😭 when you call they dnt pick up you can’t get anybody they have so many excuses why they can’t get the job done or they tell you what you know and they dnt know about your love ones I can go on and on about this place and not 🚫 in a good way so I am going to stop 🛑 here. Update she passed away 😭😔😔 December 27/2024 😢😭
